Contact Woodstock Bikeworks and arrange a time to bring it to our shop. A refund / exchange will be issued upon arrival.
Contact Woodstock Bikeworks and arrange to mail it back to us at your cost. Send us the attached tracking number. A refund / exchange will be issued upon arrival.
Any items determined NOT to meet the return qualifications will be subject to a restocking fee.
